To be elected, nominees must receive the support of a majority of those participating in the ballot. A ballot will be held in which members indicate their support for each nominee (voting either “Yes” or “No” for each).
If the number of nominees, who have received majority support, is equal to or fewer than the number of positions to be filled then all will be declared elected.
If the number of nominees, who have received majority support, exceeds the number of positions to be filled then a preferential ballot will be held.
All ballots will be conducted electronically.
